HOW DOES SENTINEL WORK?

	Paper checks and records are converted to Sentinel's electronic format.
	In daily use staff enter the required information into the Sentinel program on a PDA(s).
	Information is uploaded from PDAs to Sentinel's secure website.
	On the Sentinel website records can be checked from anywhere at anytime.

WHAT CHECKS CAN SENTINEL BE USED FOR?

If it can be done on paper it can be done on Sentinel. Types of check include food safety, health & safety, quality, quantity, presentation - whatever is needed. Daily checks, management checks and audits can be included to provide an integrated system built around the daily activites of individual businesses.
